We are delighted to have been selected to recruit for a National provider of Domiciliary Care Services. Our client who is a leading provider of a range of services in the Health care sector. We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator to work from their offices in Bradford providing Domiciliary Care Services throughout the communities of Bradford, Calderdale and Huddersfield areas.

Duties will include the co-ordination of Care/Support Workers in the community . The ideal candidate will have previous Care Co-ordinator experience and be fully aware of the responsibilities and pressures that this role can bring. You will be expected to carry out risk assessments, quality visits and spot checks as well as been involved in a four weekly on call rota. You must be a strong candidate with the ability to work well under pressure and be able to stay focused and organised under extreme pressure. Salary will be negotiable depending upon experience but the ideal candidate must have worked in this enviroment before or very very similiar.
