Salary: £33-40K DOE

As a Community Development Manager/Operations Manager (Learning Disabilities) your role will be to commission, develop and manage quality supports for people who have a Learning disability and additional needs and providing leadership across the Region.

The post is a Senior Management position and would suit someone with Operation Manager experience or Business Development within Learning Disabilities.
You role will include Operational Management, New Developments/Strategic planning, Ensuring Service objectives are met, Human Resource management, improving and policies and procedures and working in partnership with external agencies. You will also be responsible for securing new business through contracted or tendered development.

You will have a proven track record in Social Care in a Senior Management position and have a relevant qualification such as DipSW, Registered Managers Award or equivalent.
