THE COMPANY
Established since 1982, this organisation works at the heart of the community providing housing related services in the utilities and compliance sectors. This role will be based at their Bradford offices and be working within the compliance division.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Previous experience working within an administrative environment
• It is essential that you have good organisation skills and can work within a busy environment where you will have to prioritise your workloads
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel

ROLE SPECIFICATION
• Working within the administration department you will be responsible for providing support to them team as a whole
• Your role will involved processing letters, alpha and numerical data entry on to the internal computer system and filing, faxing and photocopying duties
• This is a very varied and fast paced role where accuracy is a must
• Liaising with internal members of staff and engineers
• There may be other ad hoc administrative duties to undertake for the teams

THE PACKAGE
• Salary up to £16k depending on experience
• Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday – 1 hour lunch
• 25 Days holiday plus statutory days
