I am looking to move into a place on the 23rd of May.

I am 23 and work n full time employment Mon-Fri 9.00 till 5.30.

I am looking for somewhere as close to the city centre as possible as i like to walk to work and back, so within around 15-45 minutes walk from town would be ideal.

I am willing to pay 250.00 per month. including all my bills.

I am often out and about so wouldnt be eating in much. I have a good social life so much of teh weekend i will be out, and most weekdays i see my girlfriend.

I am into music and socialising mostly, and enjoy going out on the weekends.

I am a clean and tidy person and would of course respect the rules of the house. and other people property.
