FIREDOME

Extremely handsome 16.1 hh 16 year old liver chestnut TB gelding. Firedome (Henry) was a very sucessfull & famous flat racer winning around 250k and being ridden by many famous jockeys including Franki Dittorie.He retired from racing in 2004.
Since retiring Henry has participated in local level showing and dressage(with previous owner)
I had henry on loan for 6 Months as his owner was pregnant.She gave me the option to purchase him as we got on so well .Now after 18 months of fun i have fallen pregnant and unfortunatley have no option other than to sell him .

I have mainly used Henry to hack and last summer took him to the local shows .Before moving to his present yard i had regular flat work lessons.He is a laid back ride in the school and can be ridden by a competant novice and has been ridden by a 13 year old child on many occasions.
He is a little more forward out hacking but is not fizzy or strong and is only ever ridden in a snaffle.
He is used to being turned out with both mares and geldings.
Henry is 100% to turnout,catch,shoe,lead,groom,tie up,and load (hes even travelled abroad back in his racing days)
Henry is 100% sound and in good health he is regularly worme and up to date teeth check.
