The Company

Our Client based in the Skipton area is a large Telemarketing / Customer Care company who are very successful within their field and they are looking for French and German speaking Customer Service Advisors and Telemarketers to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role

This role involves marketing and customer support as well as after sales care for existing customers. You will provide excellent Customer Service and will be very proactive in your approachThe successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer service, telemarketing or account management and you must be able to build and maintain relationships through through strong communication skills. In addition to this applicants must have a good command of the english language as well as being fluent in either French or German.

In return you will be rewarded with and hourly rate of between £6.50 and £7.50 per hour depending upon experience. Please be advised that all applicants must be available to start immediately and be available for a period of 6 - 8 weeks.
