We are a family looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom property. We have 2 small dogs (Westies) and a cat. I'm being made redundant at the end of May and am planning to go to Bradford University in September, so we will be claiming Local Housing Allowance (LHA) to pay the rent.

I'm placing an ad because we have found a few houses we like, but when we mention the pets or LHA situation they say no, so I'm putting all the facts up front.
