The third bedroom is an attic conversion, and there is a huge cellar for storage. The bedroom available will be a choice for the tenant between the master bedroom (with built in closet, storage and cast iron fireplace) and the attic. There is a yard and very large garden to the rear which are excellent for entertaining and lazing around. If you'd rather stay dry, there is is Sky TV and broadband inside, along with a housemate who will compromise his obsession with the Simpsons! Rent includes all bills except phone. Deposit is one months rent.

Greengates has excellent transport links to Leeds, Bradford, Shipley and Keighley areas (bus stops to all at the end of the street), and there are numerous pubs, takeaways, restaurants, and Sainsburys two minutes away.

As for me, I'm an easy going, fairly tidy fella who gets on with most people. The sort of housemate I'm after is a like minded male, female or couple who would like to share a home rather than just rent a room.
