My Gym is a unique design providing benefits of many different fitness machines in one piece of equipment enabling you to change from one exercise to another quickly and easily.

My Gym is so versatile it can also be used as a stepper for warming up and cooling down.

It is great for all fitness levels as it has variable resistance bands with a colour stopper to identify the bands resistance.

You can do at least 60 different exercises using the handles, T-bar, V-strap and resistance bands and work on your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abdominals.

It's already assembled and includes an Instructional Leaflet, Exercise Chart and an Instructional DVD and everything that came with it.

Excellent condition and full working order.

Bought for £130 last year.
