Quiet, respectable male aged 37 seeking
1 bedroomed flat in either Bradford BD1 or Shipley area for rent (6 months absolute minimum, 12 months pref)
Must be able to accept DSS for initial period of approx 6 months, then normal payment from me. (DSS due to ill health, NOT lack of job)
Looking for flats around the £ 400 pcm mark
