Calling all customer services advisers!

We are currently recruiting for a Bradford based organisation and need experienced customer service advisers to work on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent role that will develop both your customer service and administrative skills.

The role:-

Take inbound calls from existing customers and deal confidently with their enquiries.
Schedule engineer appointments and Liaise with customers to organise convenient times.
Liaise with engineers to ensure works had been carried out within agreed timescales.
Dealing with all general enquiries relating to works carried out.
To carry out customer feedback on quality of works carried out.
To complete all relevant administrative tasks associated with engineers works.

The candidate:-

Suitable candidates will have 1st class communication skills, be confident on the telephones and have excellent organisational skills. Ideally you will have worked within utilities before or have worked on a scheduling basis.
