Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have complete responsibility for the productivity of the office, and will use their proven organisational skills and experience across a variety of activities including database management, reception, financial administration and liaison with supporters and suppliers.
You should be a confident user of Word, Excel and Outlook, have previous experience of accounts, experienced in database management and be familiar with SAGE. Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines and under pressure plus good communication and team skills are key requirements of the role. The office manager will supervise a team of two staff; however this is expected to grow within the next three months.
