I have a 2-seater REAL leather sofa for sale. Comfy and in excellent condition with only a few wear & tear marks. Was £700 brand new about 5 years ago. Would suit someone in rented accommodation/a landlord that is looking for a cheap sofa in good condition.

You will be required to collect it and bear in mind I'm on the 4th floor (and it's heavy due to its build quality).
