Estimator: Bradford: Salary c. £35-45,000 dep. on experience

The business has been providing construction services for over 15 years, specialising in small to medium sized projects, operating for the majority in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Typically projects can range in size from £50,000 to around £5 million.

The position I am recruiting for is a wonderful opportunity and is a brand new role for the business. The role is that of an Estimator and it is a pivotal role for the business in order for them to continue their steady growth. This role will take full responsibility for compiling the tenders for new business and working closely with both of the Directors in compiling the information and tender documents.

Working alongside the Purchasing Department of 3 and reporting to the MD and the Purchasing Manager.

Examples of current work include £2m industrial storage, fabrication and office development in Yorkshire. Working on a green field site adjacent to existing premises expanding their production and storage facilities with a new 10,000 sq ft office block and 45,000 sq ft of production and storage facilities.

£3million Retail development involving 15,000 sq feet on a retail park in Rochdale, installation of a new mezzanine floor on piled foundations, new2 lift pits, and a total internal refurbishment.
