It is a 25 minute walk to Princes Street, the main shopping area, and Waverley train Station. The flat is in a beautiful condition, with a large kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, hall/sitting room. There are 4 bedrooms all with double beds and the largest has an additional double sofa bed, meaning that this flat can house up to 10 people Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, you will however need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
