Hello, I’m Craig a 29yr old professional, I already have another housemate, who is 21, she is easy going, tidy and friendly like me. I have a fantastic brand new modern spacious house in a large new estate. I have one double room to rent out. Everything is included, all bills, wireless internet, sky etc. The room has just had all brand new furniture (loads of storage) so looks better than the photo attached and the living room now has another sofa where the table is in the picture. You would share the bathroom (which has a shower and bath) with my other housemate and there is another toilet downstairs. Great deck and garden for the summer. 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, private parking, garage for storage etc.
You can get to either Halifax or Bradford centres in 5mins and a bus stop is 30 seconds walk away. I’m very easy going, clean relaxed and a good laugh. The house is great, if you are interested or have any questions please give me a call.
