The room is on the 2nd floor in a very secure building (keycard access). Halls have own laundrette, TV room and portering/security. Local late shop and takeaway close by.

The room is very spacious, with its own bathroom and fully furnished. Kitchen is shared with some lovely international postgrads who are all very clean and quiet and really easy to get along with. The room would be available from 1st April (can be a bit flexible with this date) until 5th September. Rent is only £84.55 a week which includes all bills and free broadband internet connection. only £200 deposit.
