In a busy hair and beauty salon.

On the busy A58 road from Leeds to Halifax.
Current hair dresser is turning clients away as she is fully booked
£30 per day.
Thurs 9.30am - 8.00pm,
Fri 9.30am - 6.00pm,
Sat 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Car parking facilities outside.
Includes council tax and bills.

Alternate days/ rent rates negotiable
