Assistant Manager required for one of the best known high street style bars around. Based in a prime location in West Yorkshire this company has recently been voted into the Times Top 100 companies to work for, therefore, offers all employees a rewarding yet fun environment to work in.

Your role as Assistant Manager will be varied. Primarily being involved with; stock control, must be aware of food and liquor stocks; administration & office management; ensure the site P & L is accurate; ensuring the smooth running of the bar through pro-active duty management, so experience of managing different situations is needed; ensure the bar is maintained to company standards. It is also vital you have worked to targets.

Personally you will be results driven, have brilliant communication skills as you will be motivating the team and getting them to upsell. Organisation skills as well as bags of initiative are essential. Ambition and willingness to go the extra mile is, again, a pre-requisite for success in this company.

Ideally you be from a branded background and have the personality and passion to succeed. Salary is £15-17k with additional benefits – 25 days holiday, 30% of salary bonus scheme, internal promotion is something that my client prides themselves on so the ability progress and develop within a market leading brand is available.
