Your daily tasks will include answering all incoming calls, logging and referring all queries from retail customers, placing orders with our suppliers, maintaining a daily sales ledger, keeping office tidy and organised, filing, maintaining simple accounts and organising a diary.

You MUST be able to work with MS Word, Excel. You must be able to demonstrate that you are well organised with an eye to detail and be able to follow things through. Excellent numerical skills and a great telephone manner are essential to the role.

This position will start as a temporary postion and will become permanent if you prove yourself to be an asset to our company.
