Meditation Workshop
The Glen Room, Victoria Hall, Victoria Road, Saltaire BD18 3JS
These one day workshops provide an ideal introduction to the practice of meditation and an opportunity to gain some experience of meditation for yourself.
There will be two 1 hour sessions with refreshments in between, together with the opportunity to ask questions and futher discussion.
The course in £10 per person. Please book in advance if possible at www.meditate-in-bradford.org.uk or alternatively you can pay on the door.
