I have a spare room and am looking for somebody to share the rent. It is a brand new apt and has a great view from the balcony (with swans). Although smoking is not allowed by the landlord it is permitted on that balcony..which keeps the place smelling nice. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apt is fully furnished and has the usual..sofa, tv, washing machine, table & chairs, heating, dish washer, fridge and freezer etc. All bills will be halved (if you use what we are being billed for). If you are a student you will not be expected to pay council tax of course. 5 minute walk from train station so ideal for commuting.
There is no deposit to pay as I am responsible for paying the rent.
The property was advertised as having a double bedroom but some have suggested it is more like a big single room, though you can fit a double bed in it easily.
Your own car parking space and bike shed space is included.
