Looking for a long term rental on a property (semi-rural not a problem)for a middle aged working couple, both smokers, no pets. Must have a dining kitchen, lounge with a working fire and a garden. Preferably a parking spot. Cannot pay more than £475 per month, but in return your property will be kept clean and tidy and you will never have a problem collecting your rent. Bank, work and current landlord references will be supplied.
