I’m a 28 year old professional male looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of a very spacious house. I’m easy-going, sociable and tidy, enjoy a drink or two after work and going out at the weekend. I’m a non-smoker but don’t mind if someone smokes outside. The house comes with two cats so being ok with that is an essential! Male or female welcome, preferably aged 20-35 and of professional / university background.

Accommodation:
This is a period type house with high ceilings and character, all rooms are of very generous proportion (as opposed to the modern box). The available bedroom has a super-king size bed and lots of storage (17ft x 15ft). The house has two living rooms and a huge dining kitchen. There’s a house bathroom with bath and shower and also a downstairs WC.

The house has sky plus, multiroom in the room for rent and a study/office with wireless broadband all included in your rent (though optional). There’s a good sized front garden with large patio which is great for BBQ’s and a small back patio area also. There is further storage in the basements (as well as a free-weights room) and also off-road parking.

Location:
The house is in a really great location for Bradford, Leeds, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Halifax. Its 1 mile from junction 26 of the M62 (5 min and you are on the motorway) and 1 min walk to Cleckheaton bus station with buses to all of the above. Cleckheaton itself has a Tesco, lots of small shops, most of the major banks and several pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

It’s a really great house and area to live in and definitely should be viewed to be appreciated!
