WebAnywhere, the UK's largest provider of web design and e-learning services to the UK educational sector has a vacancy for a Customer Service/Helpdesk operative to join their busy support and training team.
Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, our offices are minutes from local rail and bus links, and free car parking is available.
We're looking for an outgoing, friendly person with excellent telephone and customer service skills who is able to work well as part of a team, but is also self-motivated and shows excellent initiaitve.
This role involves providing telephone support to our large customer base of UK schools, from basic technical support and collection of website information and content to scheduling training sessions. You'll also be involved in the quality assurance of our customer websites.
The ideal candidate will have good general computing skills, experience in telephone-based customer service and excellent punctuality and reliability.
