Sous Chef Required:
The branded hotel chain has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their Kitchen Team as Sous Chef.
The successful Sous Chef Candidate will assist the Head Chef in the running of the department, delivering core menu offerings as well as devising own menus, utilising fresh produce wherever possible.
This 4 Star Country House Style Hotel situated on the border of both Leeds and Bradford, is looking for a candidate with previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar. The successful candidate will preferably have proven background in:
• Kitchen Supervision
• Cost Control
• Excellence in driving Guest Satisfaction through delivering the highest standards
• Experience in a busy banqueting environment, as the hotel holds in excess of 120 weddings annually
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in a Restaurant environment
• Personal Drive and Motivation
• A good understanding of Food Safety and Kitchen Management
