Hi, i have a large room in attic for rent. the room is quiet big but has odd edges. the house is fairly clean and has sapce on front and back, a good size kitchen and bathroom, a large living room and a small box room.
Currently i am the only person (28, male, professional) living in the house and am out for work most week days for a good 9 or 10 hours, so you will have the house to your self for most of the day.
The rent for the room is 150 pounds a month and the bills are on top. the place has central heating, double glazing in most areas, smoke detectors etc.
