Due to moving in with my girlfiend I am renting out my flat until my contract expires in February. The rent is £400 per month. It is fully furnished, apart from the spare room. Includes washer dryer, dish washer, fridge, freezer, sofa, sofa chair, bed, table, wardrobe etc etc. Also included is wireless broadband and contents insurance until February.
The apt is new, clean, in a quiet area with a peaceful view over the Leeds-Liverpool canal. It is a short walk from the train station and there are regular buses.
Apt includes parking space, balcony, bath shower and bike shed.
There is no deposit required. Four, six or twelve month contract available but please be aware rent will rise to normal rate (£495) once my contract ends in February, if at that time you want to extend the contract.
