Commis Chef required for this highly accoladed ‘Top 50 Hotels' you will be expected to have some knowledge in most if not all sections at this level for at least 1 year.
As commis Chef you will receive invaluable training from one of the regions top Michelin Chefs.
Your daily duties will involve working in your given section, ensuring all Daily Prep is completed under supervision of a Chef de Partie.
