Bradford property for sale / flats for sale / houses for sale
Got cheap property to sell, affected by Cc here's an interesting alternative way to sell. (£1)
Hi, I’ve seen an ad for sale of a property and thought how interesting…I would certainly be interested in such an offer…unfortunately the flat is no longer available but I thought to myself that I’m sure there will be other people looking to sell in this way too…so if you are affected by the credit crunch and want to sell off your property cheaply in an alternative way why not consider the following method…and CONTACT ME
“How would you like to own a flat **** from 1st September 2008 for £28,000 and pay for it in only SEVEN installments of £4,000? That's right - pay only £4,000 a year and with council tax and water rates taken care of!
PAYMENT BREAKDOWN:
Deposit - £3,500
Insurance Bond - £500 (refunded on final payment)
= £4,000 (can be paid seperate or together in one payment)
Then SIX yearly payments of £4,000 until September 2013 when the property legally becomes yours.
1 September 2009 - £4,000
1 September 2010 - £4,000
1 September 2011 - £4,000
1 September 2012 - £4,000
1 September 2013 - £4,000
The deeds to the property will be handed over with the final payment.
With the credit crunch affecting us all, what better chance will you have of owning your own property for under £30,000 by 2013, when you could sell it on at a profit?”
So if you think this method works for you and you have a cheap property you’d like to offload this way (or know of someone who has a property to sell in this way), why not contact me and we can discuss further. Maybe I can rent it back out to you at a cheaper rate than your current mortgage?
