Title: National Manager of Account Services – Gas Compliance
Location: Home Based – West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

THE COMPANY
Established since 1982, this organisation works at the heart of the community providing housing related services in the utilities and compliance sectors. This role will be a home-based position and be working within the compliance division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your role will be part of the Gas Services management team.
• Responsible for building an account management team to manage, retain and grow our 36,000 contract customers.
• Working under you own initiative you will be responsible for meeting tight deadlines and targets set.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a SMART complaints process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven track record in building, managing and developing teams
• Proven account management experience and success
• Highly motivated individual
• Excellent communication skills at all customer levels
• Ability to work with other departments to achieve an established company goal
