Hi there we are only looking for houses or bungalows no flats or maisonettes...
We are offering 3 double bedroms that means you can put a double bed and furniture easily in all three bedrooms, the halls are wide, we have a downstairs wc and a bathroom upstairs with a new shower and a new bath put in a month ago. New stair carpet. We will be leaving all floors laminate and real wood floor in the bedroom, but will be taking all our design light fittings. The house is decorated to a high standard and will be great for someone to move their family in straight away without any hassel. The lounge and kitchen can accomidate a table and chairs in either rooms.

We are situated right near the beach and the road is a long road which isnt too busy with victorian houses either side, NON ESTATE we are one of 3 housing association houses which are 6 years old and we are a three storey, tall house with a small garden and no back entrance. Our road is in a great location, we are near the hoovercraft, the beach, funfair, Gunwahrf, spinnaker tower, and towncentre cascades is litereally 5 miniutes away.

We want to move beause the house has become to big now daughter has moved out so will except a 3 bedroom house but would prefer a 2 bedroom property.
