I have one big room (enough for a double bed king size, a small sofa, 3 cabinets, a desk with 2 chairs), available on 25th June, £50/week (not incl. bills). The room is very nice, warm with double glass. Full furniture. Suitable for students, clerks and working people.

The house has 4 rooms. 2 toilets. Internet available. 5 mins walk to school of management. 3 mins walk to bus stop. 6 mins to Frizinghall train stration, 20 mins cars to Bradford center, 10 mins cars to Shipley center. Nice landlords, nice neighbours.

The contract is flexible. You can sign first 3 months and later 1 year if you want to prolong.

If I don't have to leave Bradford, I really don't want to lose this room.
