Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Social Care

Care Recruitment Specialists Ltd is dedicated to providing quality temporary and permanent staff to the social care and social housing sectors. Due to expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Personal Specification

•Target driven and passionate to succeed within recruitment
•Highly enthusiastic with lots of self motivation
•Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
•Outgoing and Bubbly personality
•Eager to be moulded into a successful Consultant

The Ideal candidate must be confident, friendly and have a polite telephone manner and with a professional personal appearance. Due to the nature of our business we are looking for someone with a flexible working attitude and although previous experience is not essential some knowledge of the Social Care Sector would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

•To work alongside our existing experienced members of staff
•Achieving targets as agreed with line manager
•Building and maintaining good working relationships with existing client base
•Responsible for developing new clients
•Ensure that ‘after care’ progress check calls are made to placed workers and clients
