Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:00pm / Sat am on rota


£24k OTE


Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work in their busy main dealer service department.

You must have experience in this role. The ideal applicant will ideally have a working knowledge of kerridge and a full UK driving licence.

You will be required to deliver the highest levels of customer service whilst working in a busy and demanding environment. Booking cars in for service, MOT and repair, arranging courtesy vehicles, collection and deliveries. Assisting the workshop controller in suitably loading the workshop. Invoicing and maintaining and constantly improving on csi scores.
