Location: Bradford
Salary: 24,000 - 28,000 GBP Per Year

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Monitoring all traffic flow to the website.
* Provide detailed reports on activity to director level.
* Work with all other departments to drive return on investment opportunities.
* Provide support an answer all queries to the on-line team and all other departments.
* Provide insight to the web development team to priorotise customer journey and functional developments.
* Working directly with external and internal departments to map business requirements to data analysis.
* Identifying any shortfalls or problems and provide solutions to director level.
* Introduce new ideas and opportunities to all levels.
* Apply ‘lean’ process mapping’ to build picture of third party activity.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills:

* Extremely analytical.
* Excellent presentation and writing skills.
* Strong communicator at all levels.
* Creative thinker with the ability to find resolutions to problems.
* Quick learner.
* Ability to express opinions and suggestions.
* E-Commerce experience preferred.
* Retail experience would be beneficial.
* Google analytics experience would be extremely advantageous.
* Enthusiastic individual who is looking to excel both individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* The ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
