I have a room to let in a house in Bradford. The rent is £45 per week all bills included (gas, water, heating, internet). There is already 3 girls living in the house and I need to leave the city for family reasons. There is also another room empty in the house if you are interested in a second room (to arrange with the landlord).
Perfect for students or professionals, the house is 5minutes walking from the university, 5 minutes from city center and 5 minutes from interchange (train and bus station).
