Early Years Room Supervisor

A fantastic East Bradford nursery are looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Worker to supervise the toddler room in their nursery. The nursery has recently been refurbished, has excellent facilities and a very good reputation.
 
As a supervisor of the toddler room you would be managing 4 members of staff and a room of 20 children aged 2-4. Due to the nature of this role previous supervisory experience is essential and successful candidates must display a real passion for the education and well being of  children.


ALL CANDIDATES MUST:

- Must hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 3/NNEB or equivalent)

- have experience within the childcare industry as a room supervisor

- Have a good theoretical and working knowledge of the EYFS

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Have  ability to plan and organise

- Be committed to maintaining high standards

- Be a flexible and effective  team Player

- Be caring, friendly and responsible
