We are looking for a three bedroomed unfurnished house in bradford or surrounding areas.

I have an 8 yr old and a lodger.

I am working full time but my lodger is on dss

The rent will not be paid in arrears as i would pay the rent every month and wait for the housing benefit to be paid to me.

We have two dogs which are house trained but a garden is a must for my child.

We have references and a bond plus a months rent.

would be willing to pay up to £475 per month.
