Sous Chef
This is an independent Bar & Brasserie serving a predominantly French menu using all fresh produce, serving up to 300 covers daily in a small brigade.
To be successful you will
• Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and some high volume experience
• Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential
• Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1/2AA rosettes
• Be a good communicator and leader
