Bluecare are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Family Support Team in Calderdale.

Candidates must have experience within a Family Support Team and specifically have experience of undertaking Core Assessments. A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience is a must. Candidates must also be registered with the GSCC and hold a current CRB.
