THE COMPANY
Established since 1982, this organisation works at the heart of the community providing housing related services in the utilities and compliance sectors. This role will be based at their Bradford offices and be working within the compliance division.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Previous experience working within an administrative environment where you have managed Contracts and Invoices, ideally on a multi-site basis
• It is essential that you have good organisation skills and can work within a busy environment where you will have to prioritise your workloads
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel

ROLE SPECIFICATION
• Working within the administration department you will be responsible for the management and administration of the contracts department
• Your role will involve inputting alpha and numerical data on to existing Service Contracts
• Checking and cross-referencing information
• Creating and sending invoices
• Taking inbound queries and enquiries
• Making outbound calls when necessary to provide customer service
• Managing multi-site contracts, including issuing renewals to existing customers
• Processing letters
• General filing, faxing and photocopying when necessary
• This is a very varied and fast paced role where accuracy is a must

THE PACKAGE
• Salary up to £17k depending on experience
• Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday – 1 hour lunch
• 21 Days holiday plus statutory days
