I am no longer able to rent my accomodation at this address and need to find somebody to take my contract up, the room is ensuite on an all girls corridor with six other lovely people living here. the kitchen is shared, and cleaned on a daily basis by cleaners, the bathroom in the bedroom is fully tiled and has a shower and a big mirror etc, everything you would need is here, we have a television room as well, although if you want a tv in your room the liscence fee is seperate to this. the bedroom and bathroom is really spacious and is on the 4th floor,. A £50 administration fee is needed for someone taking up your room but i am willing to pay this myself as i need to move out as soon as possible really. i also have a parking permit which i have bought for £60 which i cant get refunded so if you have a car, or somebody who would be staying with you regularly has a car, then you can have my parking permit too which will save you more money! the rent isnt paid weekly, it is paid in instalments but it is 66 pound a week.
