Attributes, Skills and Experience



A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a telephone based environment.
A track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent telephone skills.
Determination enthusiasm and ambition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Recruitment consultancy experience is NOT essential – we will consider experienced professionals from a Sales, Retail, Service Industry or Call Centre background.


Role and Responsibilities



You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities working with both clients and candidates face to face and via the telephone.
You will be selling to business from our existing database.
You will build lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will understand your clients’ business needs and deliver a solution to fulfill them.
