Appleton Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker as soon as possible.  The successful candidate will work as a member of the Site Team at the Secondary Site.  Your remit will be to maintain the school to a high standard and to ensure that health and safety issues are quickly and appropriately addressed. The school engages with the local community during non-core hours and it is expected that the site team will manage use of school facilities out of hours.

You will:

- Have high standards for yourself and others

- Have previous experience of working in a caretaking capacity

- Have a track record of delivering successful outcomes as part of a small team

- Be committed to the core values of the Academy

- Flexible and adaptable, possibly with a trade or trade background
