We have a fantastic opportunity for an accounts assistant to join our client, a successful service provider, based in Bradford. Working as part of a highly successful organisation servicing clients internationally, your role will be to work as part of a team maintaining the smooth running of their operational service.
Duties will include;
Providing support for customers and appropriately responding to their queries
Reconciling accounts and statements
Ledger maintenance and processing invoices
Carrying out credit control procedures and maintaining accurate records.
In order to be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally possess experience of working within an accounting role.
- Possess a high level of literacy and numeracy skills commensurate with data analysis.
- Possess excellent IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- The ability to work as part of a team, and on under your own initiative.
